Broke Down? One Call Gets Help Rolling Your Way.

Heavy duty roadside assistance and semi truck towing, 24 hours a day. If we can fix it on the shoulder, we will. If it has to move, we have the wrecker to move it โ€” tractor, trailer, and load.

Live dispatcher answers โ€” no voicemail, no call-back queue.

What we cover

Roadside first. Towing when it's the only option.

Most breakdowns don't need a wrecker. We send the right help for the actual problem โ€” and we tell you which one it is before you pay for anything.

Semi truck stopped along a highway at dusk

Jump Starts & Electrical

Dead batteries, bad grounds, no-crank starts. We boost you, test the charging system, and tell you if it'll make the next stop.

Truck cab door and mirror close up

Lockouts

Keys in the cab or sleeper. We open it without tearing up your door, glass, or weather seal.

Fuel tanker truck on the road

Fuel & DEF Delivery

Ran the tank dry or gelled up in the cold? Diesel and DEF brought to you, plus a prime so you actually restart.

Freight truck traveling on a highway

Air Lines, Brakes & Mobile Repair

Blown airline, dragging brake, locked-up trailer, coolant or belt failure. Roadside fixes that get you legal and moving.

Truck on a rural road near a ditch

Winch-Outs & Recovery

Stuck in mud, snow, sand, a ditch, or off the shoulder. We pull you back onto pavement without adding damage.

Semi truck and trailer on a mountain road

Heavy Duty Towing

Tractor, trailer, or both. Loaded or empty. Towed to the shop you choose โ€” not the one that pays a kickback.

Trailers parked in a freight yard

Trailer Swaps & Load Transfer

When the box has to keep moving and the tractor can't, we help get the freight onto something that rolls.

Aerial view of a truck stop and freight yard

Yard, Lot & Fleet Moves

Dead units shuffled around a terminal, drop lot, or dock. Scheduled so it doesn't eat into dispatch hours.

How dispatch works

Three steps from stranded to moving.

1

Call and describe the breakdown

Where you are, what the truck is doing, and whether you're loaded. That's enough for us to send the right equipment.

2

Get your price and ETA

We tell you whether it's a roadside fix or a tow, quote it, and confirm the ETA โ€” all before anything is dispatched.

3

Help arrives and handles it

Repaired on the shoulder, or hooked and towed where you want it. You get clear paperwork either way.

Why drivers call us back

The wrong tow costs more than the breakdown.

Plenty of outfits hook first and ask later, then drop your truck at a shop you've never heard of. That's not how we run a call.

  • โœ”We try to fix it first. If a roadside repair gets you moving, that's what we send. A tow is the last resort, not the default.
  • โœ”You pick the shop.We tow where you tell us to. No steering you toward a repair partner.
  • โœ”Price before the hook. You know the number before anyone touches your truck.
  • โœ”Right equipment, first trip.We ask about weight, load, and axle configuration up front so the wrong wrecker doesn't show up.

What we can move

Matched to the weight, not just the call.

Tell dispatch your GVW, whether you're loaded, and your axle setup. That determines the equipment we send โ€” and getting it right the first time is what keeps you from sitting twice.

Straight answers

Questions drivers ask us at 2 AM.

How fast can you get to me?

ETA depends on your location, the equipment needed, and traffic. We give you a real ETA on the phone before we dispatch โ€” and if we can't get to you in a reasonable window, we'll say so straight instead of letting you sit.

What does a heavy duty tow cost?

It depends on weight, distance, whether you're loaded, and whether recovery work is involved. We quote it before anything is hooked. No blind dispatch and no invoice you find out about afterward.

Can you fix it instead of towing it?

Often, yes โ€” and we'd rather. Jump starts, air lines, fuel, belts, hoses, minor brake work and tire jobs are all things we handle on the shoulder. We only recommend a tow when the truck genuinely can't move safely or legally.

Do I get to choose where it's towed?

Yes. Tell us the shop, terminal, or yard and that's where it goes. If you don't have a preference and need one nearby, we'll give you options rather than picking for you.

What if I'm loaded?

Tell dispatch up front. Load weight changes which wrecker we send and whether the freight needs to be transferred first. Getting this right on the phone avoids a second truck and a second bill.

Do you handle recovery, not just towing?

Yes โ€” winch-outs from mud, snow, sand, ditches and soft shoulders. Tell us how far off the pavement you are and what's underneath the truck.

Do you work with fleets and owner-operators?

Both. Ask dispatch about setting up billing if you expect repeat calls across a fleet.

Are you actually open right now?

Yes. Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Call (312) 971-3005.

Every hour down is a load running late.

One call tells you whether it's a roadside fix or a tow, what it costs, and how soon help arrives.
